Club Description - TEAM TELEO

Whether you desire to finish a 5k, half-marathon, a full marathon or beyond, whether you plan to walk, run, or PR, Team Teleo aims to connect others to a Christ centered team of people who can encourage and sharpen one another both on and off the course. When Christ declared from the cross "It is finished," the debt of sin having been paid in full, this was an act of TELEO. In an endurance event, the goal is to finish. Whether one crosses the finish line first or last, the same honor is given to all who complete the race. This club will challenge and fortify that Teleo mindset in all who participate through the preparation of body, mind, and soul to run the L.A. Marathon. This team will utilize the training program provided by Team World Vision and members will be given the opportunity to run the L.A. Marathon, in either the Half or Full format, as a member of Shepherd's charity team through TWV.
