Overview

Our Basketball Academy is open to players ages 5-14 who want to learn fundamental skills and train with professional basketball trainers. This group training is broken down into four different age groups. Participants should attend the academy following the age group schedule below. Our academy is designed as a small group training session, and after the first session evaluation, coaches and trainers may decide to move a player based on skill level. Please follow the schedule and registration guidelines below.

REGISTRATIONS OPEN - Sept 1st

• Starts - Oct 26 |  Ages 9-10 & 11-14  | Mondays

                                  Oct 23  | Ages 5-6 & 7-8  | Fridays

• Dates:  Mondays: Oct 26 :: Nov 2, 9, 16, 24(Bye), 30

                       Fridays: Oct 23, 30(BYE) :: Nov 6, 13, 20, 27(Bye) :: Dec 4

• Session Runs: 5 1hr sessions

• Location: Shepherd Gym 

Ages 5-6

• Beginner/Intermediate: Ages 5-6 years old

• Training: Friday; 430pm - 530pm

Ages 7-8

• Beginner/Intermediate: Ages 7-8 years old

• Training: Friday; 530pm - 630pm

• Starts: Oct 23

Ages 9-10

• Beginner/Intermediate: Ages 9-10 years old

• Training: Monday; 6pm - 7pm

• Starts: Oct 26

Ages 11-14

• Beginner/Intermediate: Ages 11-14 years old

• Training: Monday; 7pm - 8pm
