Since 2020, Coach PR has been working with individuals to become the best version of themselves through health & fitness. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Online Coach, and Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Coach PR has helped many of his clients reveal their true potential by encouraging them to believe in themselves & their capabilities. Utilizing his life experiences from playing youth sports mixed with his corporate management background in Customer Service, this blend of characteristics has catapulted him into pursuing what he loves to do through fitness and serving others. His passion thrives for motivating others by spreading his inspiring mentality to “Show Up for Yourself”.
In addition to his love for fitness, Coach PR strives to place his love for God and his family as a top priority each and every day. Coach PR is married to his wonderful wife of 5 years, Amelia and they have two God-loving Shepherd Youth Kids. His family has been attending Shepherd Church since 2015 & all four of them have been baptized into Christ.
